1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of Cleaner AI, provided by TRACUP PTE.LTD. (“we”, “us”). Please read them and the Privacy Policy before using the app or purchasing Pro. Use requires acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you cannot lawfully agree, do not use the app. A parent or guardian must assist a user who cannot validly enter this agreement. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. For questions or support, contact service@tracup.com and identify Cleaner AI.
2. App license and Apple terms
Cleaner AI is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, governs the app license unless a valid custom EULA is supplied through the App Store. These terms supplement that license for the service and do not replace Apple’s mandatory terms or impose obligations on Apple. Your App Store use and purchases also remain subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
3. Features, access and responsible use
Cleaner AI offers photo/video cleanup suggestions, media conversion, optional Gmail organization, contact tools, a local private album, widgets and charging animations. Features depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, available local/cloud assets, network access, third-party availability and any required subscription. Grant access only to information you are authorized to manage. Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, misuse third-party accounts, interfere with services or attempt unauthorized access. Do not copy or redistribute protected app materials except as allowed by law or the applicable license.
4. Suggestions, deletion and conversions
Duplicate, similar and blurry classifications are automated suggestions and may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every selection and keep a separate backup before deleting, merging or converting important information. A suggested or selected item is not necessarily safe to delete. Deletion and recovery follow the relevant system or service; Photos “Recently Deleted” and Gmail Trash may be available for a limited period, but recovery is not guaranteed. Contact merges and overwrites may be difficult to reverse.
Video compression and Live Photo conversion can change resolution, quality, metadata or motion. Compression tiers are targets, not promises of an exact file size or saving. Review the output before choosing to delete originals. No amount of reclaimed space or complete detection of unwanted content is guaranteed.
5. Gmail, contacts and private storage
Google sign-in is optional and does not create a separate Cleaner AI account. Gmail access and actions require your authorization and are subject to Google’s terms and policies. Moving messages to Trash or sending an unsubscribe request happens at your direction. Unsubscribe success depends on the sender; blocking a sender or hiding an item in the app is not necessarily the same as unsubscribing. Revoking access or signing out does not undo completed actions.
Contact backups and the private album are local app data, not an independent cloud-backup service. Keep appropriate external backups. App removal, device loss, an inaccessible PIN or backup restoration can affect access to stored content. We cannot remotely recover content held only on your device or bypass your PIN. Biometric authentication and system protections are subject to device capabilities.
6. Pro subscriptions, trials and billing
Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchases. The price, currency, subscription period, included benefits and any introductory offer are those displayed by the App Store purchase confirmation at the time of purchase. The current app supports a weekly auto-renewing Pro subscription; availability and offers may differ by storefront. An offer or free trial applies only when Apple shows it and confirms your eligibility. Do not assume that an advertised trial is available to every account.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account on purchase confirmation, or at the end of an eligible free trial as disclosed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal; Apple generally processes renewal charges within 24 hours before the current period ends. To avoid a trial renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can view, manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Changes to price or renewal are handled with the notices and consent required by Apple and applicable law.
Deleting the app or signing out of Gmail does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period; Apple may end trial access earlier under its rules. Use Restore Purchases with the relevant Apple Account to restore eligible access. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law; you can request review at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. We do not exclude statutory refund rights or promise automatic refunds.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains permissions, on-device processing, Google access, retention and your choices. Apple, Google, unsubscribe providers and websites you open operate independently under their own policies. We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law, but cannot control third-party outages, account restrictions or their handling of your data. Opening public legal documents also connects to Google Docs.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve or change the app, and may restrict misuse or discontinue a feature for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons. We will provide notice and any remedies required by law for material changes affecting paid services. Do not rely on permanent availability of any particular third-party integration. Updated terms will carry a revised date, and material changes will be brought to your attention when required; further consent will be requested where necessary.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, perfect classifications or guaranteed savings. You remain responsible for reviewing actions and maintaining backups. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized use, a third-party service or your failure to review an action, except where applicable law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such exclusion is unlawful, or any other non-excludable consumer or data-protection rights. Any remedy or limitation must be applied only to the extent allowed by the law governing your rights.
10. Termination, disputes and contact
You may stop using the app at any time and manage subscription cancellation separately through Apple. We may suspend access for a material breach where lawful and proportionate. Ending use does not reverse completed operations or remove legally retained records. Mandatory local consumer and privacy protections continue to apply. Contact service@tracup.com to seek an informal resolution; this does not prevent you from using courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law. We do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim where law protects it.
