1. Who we are and how to contact us

TRACUP PTE.LTD. (“we”, “us”) provides Cleaner AI. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact service@tracup.com and identify Cleaner AI. Please do not send photos, contact lists, email contents or passwords unless strictly necessary to resolve your request.

2. On-device photos, videos and analysis

With your permission, Cleaner AI accesses selected or authorized photo-library items and related metadata such as identifiers, creation dates, media types, dimensions and file sizes. It processes these on your device to detect duplicates, similar items, screenshots and blurry photos, preview media, estimate storage, compress videos and convert Live Photos to still images. Analysis results, fingerprints, selection states and Keep List preferences may be stored locally for faster rescanning. Cleaner AI does not upload your photos, videos or analysis content to our servers or a remote AI service in the current version. Accessing an iCloud-only original may cause Apple Photos to download it under your Apple settings. Deletions and saving converted media use Apple’s photo-library services after your action and any required system confirmation.

3. Contacts, camera, private album and biometrics

Contacts access is optional and used on-device to find incomplete or duplicate contacts, merge entries and create or restore local backups. These backups can contain names, phone numbers, email addresses and other fields present in your contacts. Camera access is optional for media you choose to capture and import into the private album. Private-album files and their index remain in the app’s local storage; files use iOS file protection. An optional PIN is stored as a salted hash, and optional Face ID/Touch ID authentication is performed by iOS. We do not receive your facial or fingerprint templates. The private album is not a cloud backup and does not provide a separate end-to-end encrypted storage service. Device access, backup settings and your PIN remain important.

4. Google sign-in and Gmail

Gmail features are optional. Google sign-in provides the account identity, including your email address, and authorization tokens managed by the Google sign-in SDK. With your consent, the app requests gmail.modify to read message metadata, labels, counts, senders, subjects, snippets, message bodies and attachments needed for previews or unsubscribe analysis, and to move messages you select to Trash. The app communicates directly with Google APIs; the current version does not send mailbox content to our servers. Message lists and previews are held in app memory for use of the feature; kept-sender preferences are stored locally. Tokens may persist through Google’s sign-in mechanisms until sign-out or revocation.

Cleaner AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sale, credit decisions or training general-purpose AI models. We do not give humans access to Gmail data except with your explicit consent or as permitted for security, legal obligations or the other narrow exceptions in that policy.

When you choose to unsubscribe, the app sends a request to the sender’s HTTPS unsubscribe endpoint. That endpoint may contain a subscriber-specific identifier, and the sender can receive the request and ordinary connection information. It does not receive your Google authorization token from this action. The email preview blocks scripts and automatic remote web resources; external links you choose to open are governed by the destination’s policy.

5. Purchases, device information and support

Apple processes subscriptions and payments. Cleaner AI uses StoreKit product information, transaction verification and entitlement status to provide and restore Pro access. We do not receive your complete payment-card information. The app reads available storage, battery or charging state and saves preferences for local displays, widgets and charging animations. App/widget preferences may be shared through an on-device App Group. The current version has no advertising SDK or developer-operated behavioral analytics service. Apple and Google may process technical and connection information under their own policies. If you contact us, we process the contact details, correspondence and diagnostic information you choose to provide to respond and resolve the issue.

6. Disclosure, hosting and international processing

We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information is disclosed only as needed for the features described above, at your direction, or to comply with applicable law, protect security or establish legal rights. Our published legal documents are hosted on Google Docs; opening them or other external links connects to the respective provider, which may receive your IP address and browser information. Google, Apple and any service you choose to open may process data outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. This does not mean your local photo library or contacts are uploaded to us.

7. Retention, deletion and your choices

You can deny or revoke photo, contact, camera and biometric permissions in iOS Settings; the affected features may then be unavailable. Remove private-album items or contact backups through the app where those controls are available. Local indexes, Keep List entries and preferences remain until removed by an available app control or by deleting the app’s data; offloading an app may preserve its data. Deleting the app normally removes its local container, but device/cloud backups, exported files, saved Photos copies and Google’s credential records may require separate removal under the relevant service. iOS backup and sync behavior depends on your settings; we do not operate a separate backup server.

Signing out clears the active Gmail session and in-memory mailbox views, but may leave local preferences. You can also revoke Cleaner AI’s access in your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation does not undo previous mailbox changes. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve the matter and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Local data need not be sent to us to exercise your choices.

8. Security, privacy rights, children and changes

We use platform permissions, HTTPS for service connections and available iOS protections, but no system is completely secure. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive personal data, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a competent authority. Contact service@tracup.com to make a request; we may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal period. Most photo, contact and private-album data are held only on your device, so we cannot remotely retrieve or restore them.

Cleaner AI is a general-purpose utility, not a service specifically directed at children. Where a user is below the age at which they can provide valid consent or enter an agreement, a parent or guardian must assist as required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us. We will update this policy when our practices change, revise its date and give additional notice or obtain consent when required.
